By accessing or using Money Command Center ("the Service"), operated by Wise Mind Media LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Money Command Center is a web-based personal financial management tool that provides budgeting, expense tracking, income analysis, goal setting, and related financial planning features. The Service is not a financial advisor, tax advisor, or fiduciary and does not provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.
You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
The Service offers Free, Plus, Pro, and Command tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Pricing may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service. We store your data securely in our database to provide the Service. You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; (c) transmit malicious code; (d) use the Service to store illegal content; (e) resell access without a Command subscription.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
